LevelUp is a small, high-trust team. Everyone here has built something, run something, or fixed something at close range. If your background is primarily theoretical or you need a large team around you to feel productive, this is probably not the right fit. If you are a practitioner who wants direct client exposure from day one, works well without bureaucracy, and is genuinely interested in the problems our clients face, read on.
Small team. No layers between you and the client. No internal politics worth speaking of.
You will deal directly with decision-makers in client organisations from early in your engagement. The work spans strategy, execution, and everything in between. You will be expected to do both.
HR and IR Practitioners
Award and agreement specialists, employee relations professionals, workplace investigators, and HR generalists with genuine depth in Australian employment law.
Project and Commercial Professionals
Project managers, commercial managers, quantity surveyors, contract administrators, and PMO specialists with experience in construction, mining, or engineering environments.
Technology and AI Practitioners
People who have built and shipped things, not just advised on roadmaps. Experience with applied AI, automation, Microsoft ecosystem, or enterprise technology delivery.
Business Analysts
Practitioners who can move between people, process, and technology problems and produce work that translates into action.
